I have bad stomach cramps sometimes, after a certain time (every day) without food. There is a fear of starvation. It is a kind of sharp pain and a little gas. What if I try to suck in my stomach, I get a sharp stabbing pain, very bad, and even if I did not move there is always a slight discomfort. I am not pregnant. Is not that always the case, only sometimes, when I do not eat for a while. What is it and what is the cause?
