I have a better chance in the sun, but I've heard professionals say a lot of rain. In addition, you prefer clear or cloudy? I like sunny. This is for largemouth bass, of course.

I honestly do not. The perfect conditions would be a day or overcast clouds. But ... Rain just before and shortly after, the fishing is a reality!
